Microsoft have formally released Service Pack 3 for Windows XP.

Microsoft have implemented filtering within the installation of Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Windows Vista Service Pack 1 to prevent installation on machines found to be running Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS), whilst a fix is developed, and have now formally released it to Windows Update and the Microsoft Download Centre.
